Essential Health Massage Therapy

Please be advised that masks must be worn for the duration of your appointment at the clinic.
Please wear/bring shorts and a T-shirt to this appointment. The initial appointment uses different physical tests to assess the nature of injury. It includes a health history and what treatment goals will be. A 60 minute session may be required for more complicated issues.

Physiotherapy - Initial Appointment

Physiotherapy - Follow Up

This appointment will be done virtually. Please wear shorts and a T-shirt to this appointment. The initial appointment uses different physical tests to assess the nature of injury. It includes a health history and what treatment goals will be.
Please note: You may be given exercises and stretches, so pleaase take the call where you ahve room to move. If you have a tennis ball and resistance bands, please haave them as these are typical pieces of equipment used.
