Our regular massage therapy combined with dry needling, which is a treatment that uses thin, single use, sterile needles to target tight, painful knots in muscles (trigger points) to relieve pain, improve movement, and promote healing, by eliciting a local twitch response, increasing blood flow, and releasing muscle tension.
