Virtual Physiotherapy - Initial Appointment

Description

This appointment will be done virtually. Please wear shorts and a T-shirt to this appointment. The initial appointment uses different physical tests to assess the nature of injury. It includes a health history and what treatment goals will be. Please note: You may be given exercises and stretches, so pleaase take the call where you ahve room to move. If you have a tennis ball and resistance bands, please haave them as these are typical pieces of equipment used. Thank you!
